The right side of the bolt, barrel extension, and trigger frame require having a area milled out to allow them to fit past the simi-only island on a simi RSP (Right Side Plate).
In addition to this the simi only triggers have a disconnector built into them to allow them to disconnect from the sear, these require a clearance cut to be made in the accelerator (Located on the front of the trigger frame)

Lastly the sear slot has to be re-machined so that a F/A (Full Auto) sear can not be used - this entails widening the sear slot and re-cutting the internal retention slots so that a F/A sear can not be physically retained or function in the rear of the bolt.

If the Bolt, Lock and extension are sent intact (with all the associated parts) along with the semi internals to be used we can/will test fit them in one of our firearms to verify fit and function - we however will not strip pieces and parts from our firearms to fit onto your internals for testing. While this was done for a period and we found this can easily lead to parts becoming intermingled and or errantly shipped or errantly retained in the shop after shipping.

This service is done via CNC controlled equipment for optimum precision

This service is for the machining ONLY as no semi auto parts are provided/supplied by HBA, NFA items (Trigger and sear) will be discarded during the conversion unless it is specifically requested they be returned to the customer.

PLEASE NOTE! This service is for MACHINING ONLY. If you send us your internals caked and loaded with grease or cosmoline you will be charged a $25.00 cleaning fee (Or your parts will be machined and returned with the grease and cosmoline still intact along with any shavings that did not fall off following machining). Grease/Cosmoline deteriorates our machines coolant and creates difficulty in making sure the cuts are all good - Often this machining service consumes $65.00+ in tooling to do meaning a hours worth of time in cleaning of parts is simply not covered at this rate. Do us both a favor and clean/inspect your parts BEFORE they are mailed in.
